  4. Learn what the school must do when a report is made: investigate, provide supportive measures, protect from retaliation.
  5. Understand that you don't decide outcomes — your job is to report and support, not investigate or judge.
  6. Know the difference between a Title IX report and a law enforcement report — they're separate processes.
  7. Support students who file: check in, accommodate academic needs, protect from retaliation.
  8. Educate students about their rights under Title IX — many don't know they have them.
